Staff Development

Staff are our greatest resource and without them, we would not be able to provide such a quality service. We provide a comprehensive training programme that aims to develop all of our staff. We continue to invest in our staff and are at the forefront in many areas:

• DANOS – see page on danos
• Bought-in training – We use trainers that are specialists in their field, that have been recommended to a high standard
• NVQs in Health and Social care and Business Administration
• Workforce Development – Structured training programme that is comprehensive and inclusive
