Drugaid works with other substance misuse services (including WCAADA, Kaleidoscope and CAIS) as part of a national consortium to run this new service. It aims to assist service users in becoming job ready and offers a wide range of training, education and employment opportunities.
Drugaid works with partner agencies Hafal and Remploy to assist service users in getting back on track to enter the job market.
This is a 5 year project starting in the summer of 2016. Drugaid is employing ex-service users as peer mentors to support service users in taking up training opportunities to help them secure future employment.
